Once you have downloaded the file spamwars-personal-macosx.command you need to make it executable (chmod +x spamwars-personal-macosx.command terminal window, taking care to be positioned in the correct directory) then double-click on it to run the installation.

Once installed, you will automatically receive the license by e-mail in the mailbox of the account you have registered to be monitored. This license-message will be picked up by SpamWars automatically and your account will then be fully protected. Once a year, SpamWars will send you a reminder to renew your activation key.

Before modifying the settings on your e-mail account (Outlook, Thunderbird etc) as indicated in the installation summary, do not forget to pick up any mail one last time.
