Our products can be found in areas as diverse as banking and finance, administration and the Civil Service , insurance, the health industry, heavy industry, government ministries, transport and telecommunications. This solid base of clients is a direct result of the reliable and competent work of the teams here at Wraptor. This diversity has also enabled Wraptor’s engineers and sales teams to gain experience of and operate within a wide range of professional contexts and technical environments, continually expanding relevant know-how and being reactive to the latest market needs.
The founders of Wraptor were previously a part of Apilink Technologies, and have participated in the conception, development, release and support of the Apilink integration product since its release onto the market in 1990. Apilink was amongst the first integration platforms on the French market. Wraptor still ensures maintenance for the Apilink Solution, which is still in production, particularly in the Health Industry.
The technical know-how acquired during the development and use of Apilink lead to the release of the first version of the Jeebop EAI Integration Solution in 2001. This product retained the reliability and solidity of its predecessor whilst moving away from proprietory architecture to a more open one :Java/J2EE technology which was rapidly becoming a global standard. Jeebop also adapted to new needs and conditions in the IT industry, such as multiple-platforms, multiple levels of architecture, modularity and so forth.
Jeebop was fast becoming popular in Hospitals and Clinics, so Wraptor made the encurring trade-specific knowledge readily available to the whole industry in a specific solution Jeebop Health Package. This package integrated trade protocols such as HL7, HPRIM etc
Faced with the evolution in portuary platforms, and specifically in the reorganisation of IT in the Port of Marseilles, Jeebop Transport Package is created to handle transport specific customers. This package integrated protocols such as EDI/EDIFACT, which are specific to this industry.
Following a specific request from the Health Industry to make Patients’ Medical Information shareable but secure and confidential, Wraptor developped a specific Patients Medical Information connector for the Jeebop Health Package In this way, medical establishments were able to transfer information contained in a patient’s dossier direct to the national database, using specific protocols: HPRIM-NET et HL7 V3 (CDA-R2).
This solution is designed for banking and insurance. The definitive market move away from proprietory development in favour of trade-specific software meant that different types of applications needed to cohabitate and communicate. Jeebop Finance Package fulfilled this need in the domain of finance.
The latest version of Jeebop includes a BPM (Business Process Management) tool to manage trade processes as well as Workflow to facilitate human interaction within these processes. A graphic supervision tool enables you to have a permanent overview of process status.
The first versions of a new 100% efficient anti-spam are released, in 3 different versions: a free Home Edition, (Personal Edition) and two business versions (single user Professional Edition and multi-user Enterprise Edition) with added business-oriented functions. A great success from the outset, SpamWars has quickly been ear-marked as the number 1 anti-spam in a survey by Internet Pratique computer magazine.
The latest version of Jeebop includes a BI (Business Inteligence) module which feeds the Operational Data Store and generates business reports and activity analysis. A new BAM (Business Activity Monitoring) module was also added, which allows to monitor in real time, through dashboard widgets, significants business data sets.
